I build the systems I wish I had earlier.
I started automating my own business because I had to. Running a services business meant constant manual work: session prep, client tracking, follow-ups, reporting. I was doing everything twice. Once in the work, once in the admin.
I started building AI systems to fix that. Then I realized everyone around me had the same problem.
That became Colossal an AI and automation company I founded in 2007. We build practical systems for coaches and service businesses. The kind that actually reduce friction and move revenue.
Along the way I became a Development Coach at the AAA Accelerator, a community of 3,800+ AI agency builders. I coach members one-on-one through starting and growing their own AI automation businesses. 500+ coached. I've seen what gets people stuck and what gets them moving.
Most of the people I work with have spent years, often decades, building their expertise. They're not looking to pivot. They want AI to amplify what they have already built. To handle the machine so they can be more human with their clients.
That insight led to Pathfinder OS, the AI operating system for coaching practices. Built inside my own practice, refined session by session, and now available for any coach to run.
